
Mariya Vynnytska is a psychologist, educator, and international development practitioner with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of public health, crisis management, and trauma-informed transformation. Based in Singapore, she has worked across Europe, Asia, and Africa — partnering with international organizations, governments, NGOs, and grassroots communities to build resilience, advance mental wellness, and foster compassionate, human-centered leadership.
She serves as Program Director at Renovaré (Singapore), where she designs and delivers programs supporting individuals and organizations through complex transitions, grief, loss, and personal and professional growth. She is also Co-Founder of THE SOUL, a Ukrainian Psychology Center providing mental health recovery and psychological support to communities affected by war — a mission born from deep conviction that healing is both a human right and a collective responsibility.
Throughout her career, Mariya has worked alongside individuals navigating profound loss, teams facing organizational upheaval, and communities enduring crisis — always bringing an integration of clinical depth, strategic thinking, and genuine human warmth. Her areas of expertise span grief and bereavement, palliative care communication, trauma recovery, workplace mental health, and compassionate leadership development.
As a speaker and educator, she has presented internationally on the intersection of mental health, resilience, and end-of-life care, and has contributed to media and professional platforms across Europe and Asia.
Mariya holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychoanalysis, a Master’s in Communication and International Journalism, and a degree in Law (LLB). Her academic formation, combined with extensive field experience, grounds her work in both evidence and empathy.
