Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Global Ambassador – Micheline Etkin

Micheline Etkin

Micheline Etkin is a Global Ambassador of the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Foundation and a dedicated advocate for compassion, service, and support for children and families.

Drawing on her Lebanese-Brazilian heritage, international experience, and fluency in English, Portuguese, French, and Arabic, Micheline brings a deeply cross-cultural perspective to her humanitarian work. She has devoted many years to charitable initiatives supporting children, families, and communities in need.

Micheline serves as a Global Ambassador for the International Children’s Palliative Care Network (ICPCN), supporting greater awareness of pediatric palliative care and the importance of compassionate care for children and their families. She is also a founding council member of Casa Brazil and an honorary member of PANDA, organizations dedicated to improving the lives of children.

As Global Ambassador of the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Foundation (EKRF), Micheline works to advance the Foundation’s mission and Elisabeth Kübler-Ross’s enduring commitment to dignity, compassion, and humane care at the end of life. She collaborates closely with Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Brasil on projects that extend this work to new communities and audiences.

Micheline has also received the EKRF “Wings of Grace” award in recognition of her service and commitment to the Foundation’s humanitarian mission.

Her professional background includes an international career in modeling, creative projects, event development, and design. She has used the relationships, communication skills, and international perspective developed through that work to support charitable organizations and bring people together around meaningful causes.

Throughout her work, Micheline is guided by a commitment to human connection, cultural understanding, and compassionate service.
